At Metropolitan Estate Sales LLC, our friendly, warm, and wonderful staff is always here for you to assist you with any questions or concerns.
Our services include:
- We offer a FREE consultation to tailor every sale to the special needs of each client.
- We provide on-site sales throughout the entire Washington Metropolitan area.
- We dispose of all household property, including furniture, china, silver, jewelry, cars, boats, and anything else under your roof.
- We organize every home differently by using the space available.
- Valuable items and small collectibles are placed in locked cases with a member of our staff present at all times.
- Prices are put on every item. Research is done and, if needed, items are appraised. That is our responsibility.
- We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, and debit cards for our customers' convenience, as well as cash and checks.
- We use a check verification machine, so there are no bad check worries.
- We place advertisements in all appropriate newspapers.
- We sign heavily in the immediate area. We are well-known for our very visible neon pink signs.
- We execute crowd control by limiting the number of people allowed entry at one time.
- At the conclusion of a sale, we can arrange for items to go to auction, be donated, or be hauled away.
- The home will be broom cleaned and vacuumed.
